Our founder, Brandi, has always had a passion for beauty and wellness. At the early age of 20, she got her start as an esthetician working at Aveda, as well as Karrin’s Concept Salon. With her natural ability to make people not only look good, but feel good, she was told time and time again she would make an amazing aesthetician. Determined, she helped open a local Med Spa and there, she went through extensive training to gain her aesthetician license.
After years of hard work, Brandi left the Med Spa looking for something to challenge herself further. Working alongside a cosmetic surgeon for 7 years, she was able to learn about cutting edge technology, both surgical and non-surgical, and decided to open her own Med Spa. Using her 20 years of experience, InnerBeauty Med Spa & Laser was born in 2014. Starting out with a handful of clients, an unfurnished waiting room and an assistant, InnerBeauty steadily grew and is now proud to offer some of the most advanced non-surgical cosmetic treatments that are available today.
We coined the name “InnerBeauty” because we are devoted to making you feel beautiful, both inside and out. We work with each person on their individual problems, concerns, and needs, and through honest communication, our expert team is able to evaluate, discuss and develop a plan tailored to you. At InnerBeauty, our entire team holds the highest certifications in their specialized fields and each member has obtained their Advanced Practice Aesthetician License within Minnesota. We complete each procedure under our experienced medical director and go through continual training to ensure we are knowledgeable and skilled in all the latest technologies. Our day-to-day is motivated by providing our clients with ideal, long lasting results, as well as by forming friendships with each of our clients. We make it a priority to not only help you look and feel your best, but to make sure you feel truly cared for.

Front desk staff is very warm and welcoming. Brandi is so friendly and outgoing, you feel like you’ve known her your whole life! She puts you immediately at ease with your procedure. I did not feel like anyone was “up-selling” anything during my consultation. Brandi was very honest with expectations and I got exactly what we discussed.

Very relaxing and appealing decore. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Had to go back for touchup a laser hair removal but they accommodated me right away and were super gracious about it.
My appointment went better than expected! I went in for laser hair removal consult, and after getting all the info I was able to get procedure done right away. Price was right and I am very pleased. Had lip and chin done and one day later it looks perfect! Also discussed having age spots on my face taken care of, and am going back next week to get started on that! Can not wait!

Cant say enough great things! Firstly, the space was clean, relaxing and the two women working when I came in were lovely. Brandi made my first injection appointment so comfortable and enjoyable. Her knowledge and expertise really shine through, you can tell she genuinely cares about each client and that she has their best interest in mind which can be hard to come by these days. I wont go anywhere else now!

This is my second visit to Inner Beauty. Both my visits have been amazing. Riley really knows her stuff. I used to suffer from really dry skin and since I started going to Riley that is no longer an issue. She always makes my skin look and feel amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a professional esthetician. She offers a wide variety of services that makes me look and feel my best. I have been able to indulge in a facial, derma-planing, eye-brow wax and shaping and a lash lift. Every service I have had with her has been amazing and I will definitely be going back to see her for all of my skin care needs.
