Dr. Brown became part of the InnerBeauty team in September of 2014. Dr. Brown earned his medical degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California, in 1990, where he also completed an internal medicine residency.
Dr. Brown is board certified in Internal Medicine and Preventive medicine is his special interest.

Ashley has a driven passion for the beauty and wellness industry. She started a career in cosmetology by attending Regency Beauty Institute in 2003 and graduated in 2004. Ashley later decided that she wanted to pursue a more in-depth education in the health care industry and attended Herzing University for her undergraduate degree.
Ashley took in depth courses involved with the anatomy of the head and neck and obtained a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. As a certified trainer she is constantly guiding her clients in the best directions for their individual faces and continues her education and learning with some of the best leaders in the industry
Justine is a passionate surgical nurse with over a decade of experience in the operating room. Her deep interest in the aesthetic industry led her to pursue advanced training as an injector, where she now combines her clinical expertise with her artistic eye at Inner Beauty Med Spa & Laser. Justine is committed to practice excellence, lifelong learning, and professional development. These are values that she brings to every client interaction.

Outside of work, Justine loves spending time with her husband, Blake, and their two children, Betty and Beau. She enjoys traveling, dancing, golfing, skiing, exercising, and tending to her garden—always finding joy in movement, nature, and family.
Nicole is a nurse injector with a background in emergency care and dermatology. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology from the University of Minnesota and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of St. Thomas.
Her approach is personalized and grounded in anatomy, skincare science, and each client’s unique goals. Nicole believes that great aesthetic work should be subtle yet transformative, enhancing natural beauty without changing what makes someone unique.
Outside of the clinic, Nicole finds balance through hiking, reading, and time with friends, family, and her golden retriever. She is dedicated to lifelong learning, staying current with the latest in aesthetic medicine, and building trusting, long-term relationships with her clients.
